Consultation & Inspiration

During this stage we take the time to learn about your lifestyle, your daily routines and what you need from the space. Whether you’re creating a calm, spa-like retreat, a practical family bathroom or a compact ensuite, our team will guide you through the possibilities.
Seeing products in person makes a real difference. In the showroom you can experience the quality of tiles, brassware, furniture and finishes, compare styles and visualise how different elements will work together within your space.
We will also discuss important practical considerations such as layout, storage, lighting, ventilation and water usage to ensure your bathroom is as functional as it is beautiful. The aim at this stage is to gather everything needed to shape a design that works effortlessly for you.

Home Visit & Site Survey
Following your showroom consultation, we arrange a home visit with one of our experienced bathroom designers to take precise measurements and assess the existing space in detail. This stage is essential for turning initial ideas into a practical, well-informed design.
During the visit, we carefully measure the room, including wall dimensions, ceiling heights, windows, doors and any structural features. We also review plumbing layouts, drainage, electrical points and ventilation, as these play a key role in how your bathroom can be designed and installed.
Being in your home allows us to better understand the space, how it is currently used and how it connects with adjacent rooms. It also gives us the opportunity to refine your ideas, answer questions and suggest solutions that may improve both layout and functionality.
We take time to consider how you use the bathroom day to day, ensuring the final design supports your routine while making the most of the available space.
This visit ensures every detail is accurately captured, giving you confidence that your new bathroom will fit perfectly and perform as expected.
Design & Planning

Installation & Project Management
Once your design is finalised, our team manages the project from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
We coordinate all aspects of the project, including plumbing, electrics, tiling and fitting, so every stage is completed in the correct order and to the highest standard. Our carefully selected preferred installers take great care in every detail, from precise tile alignment to perfectly fitted fixtures and furniture.
Bathroom installation requires accuracy and expertise, particularly when working with water, drainage and finishes. Our team ensures everything is installed correctly, safely and with a clean, professional finish.
Throughout the project, your designer remains your main point of contact, overseeing progress and ensuring the work stays aligned with the original design. We are always available to answer questions and keep you informed at every stage.
